By enrolling in MathIB’s online tutoring services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Class Structure & Attendance
Each class is conducted in a batch of 5 students per session.
Students must attend classes on time; late attendance may result in missing essential portions of the lesson.
Class schedules are pre-set; any rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Learning Resources & Intellectual Property
All class materials, video recordings, and notes provided by MathIB are for personal use only.
Redistribution, sharing, or resale of MathIB materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward tutors and fellow students.
Any form of disruptive behavior, misconduct, or inappropriate communication may lead to termination of services without a refund.
4. Technology & System Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or tablet for online learning.
MathIB is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.

Payment and Refunds policy
Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth learning experience, MathIB follows a strict payment policy.
1. Payment Terms
All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the first class.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online payment platforms.
2. Currency & Pricing
Dubai & Abu Dhabi: Fees are charged in AED.
Singapore & Hong Kong: Fees are charged in USD.
Prices are fixed per student and per session, as displayed on our website.
3. Late Payments & Non-Payment
Failure to pay on time may result in temporary suspension of access to classes until payment is received.
Continuous non-payment may lead to permanent removal from the tutoring program.
4. Discounts & Promotions
Any promotional discounts must be used before the enrollment date and cannot be applied retroactively.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 2025
We strive to provide quality education at MathIB, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Refund Eligibility
Before Course Start Date:
If a student withdraws before the first class, a 50% refund will be issued.
A full refund is granted only in cases of duplicate payment or technical issues preventing access to the course.
After Course Start Date:
No refunds will be issued once the course begins.
If MathIB cancels a class or session, students will receive either a full refund or a rescheduled class.
2. Missed Classes & Rescheduling
No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes.
Students can request a recorded session (if available) in case of an emergency absence.
